Synclio Call History keeps track of all your business lines and the calls related to each of your numbers. Here’s how to access your history:

1. Log in to your Synclio account and click on the History tab in the upper right section of the homepage.

2.  Click on All Messages in the drop-down menu and choose a filter. You can choose to see all messages, or just certain ones.

3. All the messages and calls are listed chronologically with most recent call on top.

4. If you want to listen to a message, click on the number in the left panel.

5. For each call, the recording will be displayed next to the words Call History Audio. Click on the play button to listen to the recording. You can also Download the recording.

6. You can archive a number by clicking on the Archive button.
