Synclio‘s Dashboard allows you to view and track the your account activity for any day, month or year. Here’s how it works:
1. Log in to your Synclio account and go to Dashboard.
2. You’ll see information for the current year and month.
3. To view in-depth information for a certain month, click on the bar corresponding to that month in the chart.
4. This will show you:
- Inbound and outbound calls for that particular month
- A graph of call traffic for each day of the month
5. The graph displays two bars for each day of the month, one for inbound calls and the other for outbound calls. To view in-depth information for a given date in the month, click on the bar (either inbound or outbound) corresponding to that day in the chart.
6. This will show you:
- Call traffic on that day
- The total amount of time covered
